Job Summary Maintains building plumbing fixtures and systems. Facilitates repairs, replacement and upgrades to all plumbing systems to ensure a safe and functional facility. Job Responsibilities Under general direction, inspects, installs, repairs and replaces pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas and drainage systems of the hospital. Installs new plumbing system components, faucets, sinks, toilets, valves, etc. Assists Director in planning for expansion/renovation projects, and forecasting operating budget and capital needs.
